Some players use dirty tricks to disturb others, can we file a complaint?

There are some players ----------------->
Continuously pressing some particular icons to produce disturbing sounds to trigger others to make mistake, this sort of activities are considered as fraudulent tricks? Early December This issue had been reflected to Customer Service Dept. CS Representative suggests to 'SHUT DOWN' the sound to avoid being disturbed.

The point is::::::::::
System sound of this game platform aims to provide some fun to players in game, IT IS NOT A TOOL for players to utilize system sound as a disturbing dirty tactics to WIN, does it?  It is suggested to ban such kind of act by means of some sort of programming ----> If a player continuously presses system sound with a too frequent manner (i.e. every other second), the player is not able to acquire any cards + win a match during any one time as penalty.

Please discuss with the admin group to resolve this issue.

另外，如果情況嚴重，亦可把對方「加入黑名單」！
